About Us

Passion for Painting is owned by Nick Dobson, an experienced artist and qualified teacher. Nick has a background in primary teaching, special needs teaching and is also a qualified occupational therapist. She majored in art under the guidance of John Coley and has an absolute passion for teaching.

Joined by qualified teachers, Nick has created Passion for Painting to make sure other people get the same enjoyment from art that she and her teachers do.

Our clients come from everywhere;

• the busy person who realises how important it is to take time out, wanting their own time away from home and work;
• the dabbler – who has had a go at creating on their own but realise that with some teaching they can achieve better results;
• the person who has always appreciated art and would like a chance to express themselves on canvas;
• the  gunners – “one day I’m gonna….”  – and they can!
• The renovators – their own art on their walls.
